This 8 weeks immersion into your creative realm will unlock ideas, images and experiences from within your body and unconscious mind. We will work together to re-activate the innate place we create from, and will help you find practical ways to unblock your flow, as well as tools to dive deeper into your practice.

This course is offered online. You will be supported within a group session each week where you will find the undeniable connection and reflection that comes with sharing in a group space. You will take home your own learning that will have been tailored to and evolved with our specific group to enable long term changes. You will also receive 2 x 45 minute one-on-one therapy sessions with me during your 8 week course.
